100 days. Our go-to for ensuring there is quinoa in the pantry year-round. We have been growing and selecting Siskiyou red for reduced irrigation, and the hot, dry growing conditions here in Southern Oregon for more than 15 years. When all other varieties fail, this one pulls through the hottest summers to set seed and get us a yield. Easy to process. And like all home-grown quinoa, soak and wash before cooking/eating.
